SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

I send all orders through USPS. Normally all orders are sent Priority Mail, except bracelets that are sent USPS First Class. 


Shipping normally takes 1-4 business days.
#1- We will not be responsible for Postal strikes that delay mailings. We don't own this feature of doing business and so we are not responsible.
#2 - We will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage of products sent through the mail system. If the product is damaged by the post office, contact them for a claim.
#3 - We will not be responsible for mis-mailings, where the postal delivery delivers to the wrong address.
#4 - IMPORTANT - It is the customers' responsibility to give us accurate sizing as we advise in each and every listing. If you find that you received a belt that is the incorrect size, you will be responsible in the additional shipping charges if an exchange is required.
#5 - Customers in many countries will face a sales tax and/or Customs tariffs. Musebelts is not responsible for them. So consider that in your purchase.
#6 - We will not be responsible for theft, loss or damage of products sent through the  mail. If a neighbor steals your package, if your mailman gets your box wet, if you drop your package in a rain puddle or get it wet for any reason, we are not responsible to replace your order.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

The only condition to which we will accept returns is if you ordered the wrong size. It is the customers' responsibility to give me accurate sizing as we advise in each and every listing. It is necessary to use a tape measure to know the proper size to order. NEVER estimate your size. Never use pants or dress sizing as this is not a true measurement. If you are not sure please contact me karl@musebelts.com. If you find that you received a belt that is the incorrect size that you incorrectly ordered, you will be responsible in the additional shipping charges if an exchange is required.
